The Legal Domain Network -The LDN is a joint venture between several Law Schools, including the Center for Information Law and Policy at Villanova. Chicago-Kent keeps rolling archives of The Legal Domain Network.  The Legal Domain Network carries a substantial number of law-related list server discussion lists. Lyonette Louis-Jacques of the University of Chicago publishes a list of law-related discussion groups called Law Lists, that can be used as an entry to The Legal Domain Network.
